Privacy notice

Draft. This text will be reviewed by a lawyer before public launch.

1. Your uploads, flashcards and conversations are private to you. They are never shared with other students and never used to train AI models.
2. Our staff can't see your uploads, flashcards, questions or chats, except to handle an abuse report or a legal request. Then an admin must record a reason, the access lasts one hour, and every view is logged.
3. We use trusted processors to run the service (hosting, database, storage, sign-in and AI providers). Data may be processed outside your country.
4. You can download all your data or delete your account at any time from your profile.
